Located north of Bellevue, this girder bridge crosses Yeager Creek at its mouth with the Mississippi River, near 395th Avenue.
Built in 1950, much is unknown about the bridge. The main span of the bridge is a deck girder, approached by trestle. The bridge rests on timber substructures.
A single blueprint for this bridge was found at the Milwaukee Road Archives at the Milwaukee Public Library. This blueprint suggests that there is a connection between this structure and Bridge #40 on the Davenport, Rock Island & North Western, located near Princeton, Iowa.
Currently, the bridge is owned by Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern. The bridge also features a ballasted deck.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in good condition, with little major deterioration.

The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
